A FIYA Podcast with Lindsey Avitia

Have you ever had to face something in life and wonder how you’re going to make it through?

Some people are born into difficult situations, others encounter them along the way. No matter how the hard times come, we all are faced with the decision to keep going. But what motivates people to make it through the situations that seemed determined to bring them down? Having lost her own husband at the age of 27, Lindsey Avitia is no stranger to hard times and having to navigate life post-trauma. ‘Keep Going’ is a place for these stories to be told, and for these motivations to inspire others. The good, the bad, and the honest truth are all welcomed here. We’ll laugh, we’ll cry, and most importantly we’ll be inspired in our own lives to keep going.
